Lead zinc ore mainly through flotation method for separation, according to the nature of the ore, can use mixed flotation and preferred flotation, specific process should be determined through the beneficiation test index.

Application

The lead-zinc ore dressing process mainly deals with lead zinc sulfide ores with close intergrowth, easy dissociation and uneven particle size distribution.

Beneficiation process

1. Preferred flotation

After the ore grinding to the monomer dissociation of lead-zinc lead-zinc sorting, suitable for coarse grinding fineness, using single grinding classification process of ore by flotation reagents with different floating to concentrate.

2. Mixed flotation

Mixed flotation is pulverized ore of zinc with sorting, and then re separation of zinc concentrate, suitable for strong associated lead-zinc ore, when necessary to concentrate regrinding thus will lead zinc concentrate separation.
