LED灯灌胶机主要使用于LED球泡灯、PAR灯等线路板导热硅胶的自动灌胶，是一款高性能的自动化流水线设备。
LED glue filling machine is suitable for filling heat conduction glue into the gap between heat sink and driver board of LED bulb, PAR lamp and so on. It is an automatic machine with high-performance, which can be connected with the automatic production line.


1、触摸屏操作界面，操作简单、易懂。
Operating by the touch panel which is easy to learn.

2、具有点，线，面，弧，圆，不规则曲线连续补间及三轴联动等功能，能适应任何不规则物件的灌胶。
With functions of drawing points, lines, surfaces, arc, circle, consecutive complement of irregular curves and also with the function of triaxial linkage, the machine can be used for filling glue into any irregular objects.

3、胶量大小粗细、涂胶速度、点胶时间、停胶时间皆可参数设定、出胶量稳定，不漏滴胶。
The size of glue, speed of glue spread, dispensing time, time of halting dispensing can be arranged by parameter. With this method, glue is exuding quite stable with no glue leaking and dripping


4、可选配CCD视觉编程系统，实现快速编程。
Optional CCD visual positioning device can be chosen to realize the fast programming.

5、配胶、灌胶和轨迹灌封三种功能一体化实现，全自动操作。
Full automatic, with the integration functions of glue mixing, filling and sealing under a track.


6、双料桶设计，A胶和B胶分开储料，保证胶水长时间放置不发生固化。
Store A and B barrel individual to ensure the glue cant be cured in a long time.


7、混合比例从**0：**0到**0：*0可调，采用动态或静态混合，混合均匀、充分。
Dynamic or static mixing mode can make the mixing fully, mixing ration can be fixed in a range **0:**0 to **0:*0.


8、三段式载料区，全自动流水线式作业，可连接接驳台和固化炉等设备一体化作业。
The workbench is divided into three parts:loading, filling glue, and unloading. The machine can be connected to automatic production line and other equipments like conveyor and curing oven, etc.
