Theory

Operation Method

According to different types of samples, take a counterpart of testing bottles and add 0.5ml of sample into the solution, mix them up till no solid inside. After 1min, observe the color of solution in bottle. Never mind the depths of colors while observing.

Judgment Of The Results

Orange or red: indicate the calcium content of the sample is less than conference, which means calcium deficiency.

Blue: indicate the calcium content of the sample is larger than conference, which means calcium adequate.

 
Violet: indicate the calcium content of the sample is equal to the conference.

Conference Value:

For children: ≥**0mg/l

For adults: ≥**0mg/l(4.0umol/l)

For pregnant women: ≥**0mg/l(7.5umol/l)
