Ingredients:

Each capsule contains - 

Bioactive Spirulina powder *1%

Also contains: Vegetarian capsule (hypromellose, water).

Dosage:

ADULTS - For the first week, take 3 to 5 capsules daily, building up to 7 capsules daily for sustained energy and nutrition.

OPTIMUM NUTRITION/SPECIAL USES - Up to *2 capsules daily.
