Description:
It is a two-component silicone rubber which can be cured at room temperature and also can be heat cured.specially designed for electrical and electronic potting and encapsulating uses.With different colors for better distinction, part A and part B are dark gray and cream white respectively. It can be cured in a 1:1 ratio by weight or volume.The cured mixture is a gray flexible elastomer. The elastomer has excellent thermal conductivity, electrical and waterproof properties, also with excellent fire and weather resistance. Those properties are not significantly affected by the changes of temperature.

Operation:
1. Preparing: Clean up the coating surface, remove the rust, dust, oil dirt.
2. Weigh part A and part B in a separate container and mix silicone part A and part B thoroughly (the weigh ratio is 1:1)
3. 3.De-air the mixture under 0.*8 MPa for 3 minutes
4. Pouring: pour onto the electronic components/surface after vacuum degassing.
5. Curing: Room temperature cure or heat-up cure is both workable.the temperature influences the curing time of electronic potting silicone rubber .when it is too low temperature .we suggest to heat the mixture to accelerate vulcanization.

Notice:
The following material may hinder the curing of the product, So please apply after testing. When necessary, please clean the application areas. 

• Condensation silicone and organic tin compounds 
• Sulphur, sulfide and sulfur rubber materials
• Amine compounds as well as contains the amine materials. 
• Pewters solder flux.
