Gravimetric Feeders can handle a wide variety of process materials with feed rates from *0 grams per hour to over *0 tons per hour.  They are used in both Continuous and Batch processes.  These feeders incorporate digital load cells that transmit weight and temperature data.  These two variables are transmitted from the feeder to the controller in digital format and therefore provides for protection against the influence of electrical noise on the two signals.
The weighing accuracy has improved significantly due to the internal resolution of 4,**0,**0 counts.  The effects of temperature change have been minimized as well.  The Feeders comes in the SK-IT system which means it has a feeder mounted control panel.  With the controller mounted on the feeder, the installation become very simple and saves on installation space.  The SK-IT system makes it easy to add and remove feeders from an existing line or re-locate feeders between lines.  User friendly interface is also provided.
