Procedures as follows -
Buyer issues official letter of interest for Quantity of LPFO
allocation
1) Seller issues SPA; Buyer signs and returns the
spa.
2) Seller and Buyer lodge SPA with their
respective banks while Buyer issues Bank Comfort Letter/Bank
Guaranty/SBLC in Sellers name to cover the quantity.
3) Seller issue soft copy of the allocation to buyer for
verification
4) Upon confirmation of the soft copy of allocation by buyer,
buyer's bank blocks full payment to seller and all commissioned
agents e.t.c accounts by swift to seller's bank.
