The raw material is pre-synthesized according to the alkali-resistant requirement. The effective distribution between alkali-resistant phase and high intensive phase is realized by controlling the technic, which can decrease the alkali corrosion of aluminium oxide material such as potassium and sodium, and decline the thermal conductivity. In addition to the performance of alkali-resistance, thermal shock stability and flush-resistance, the density of low thermal-conductivity alkali-resistant bricks decreases from 2.2g/cm³ to 1.*5g/cm³, which can decrease the load of preheaters and the material cost.
