LSY series screw conveyor designed according to the standard of JB/T ******5 Screw Conveyor, is the upgrade production of GX Screw Conveyor.
LSY series screw conveyor is a closed circular cross-section within the casing, the use of the rotation of the spiral blade to continuously push the material.
The main features: compact structure, the small cross-sectional area, light weight, good sealing performance, effective transmission, flexible process layout, equipment,demolition, easy to move, safe operation. Applicable to transport all kinds of powder, granular, small block of the bulk material, such as clay powder, coal powder, cement, sand,grain, small lump coal, pebbles, and iron chips. Suitable for delivery of viscous, easy caking perishable materials.
According to the form of configuration, screw conveyor has the type of level, tilt, combination etc.
It can also work with other delivery device to finish consolidating, dispensing, batching, mixing, dehydrating, ingredient-setting, discharging and stacking. The product is especially suitable for concrete mixing plant from cement silo to the mixer transporting ingredients between bulk cement from cement bin to PLD.
