After long time use, lubricant oil will contain too much contamination, including non-hydrocarbon, alkene, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon, metal hydronium, impurities, metal particles, asphaltene and colloid etc. And due to the traditional technology need use much chemical to recovery the used oil and after purify the used oil it will leave big quantity residue, so it will make user spend much time to get the final clean oil, so our company researched and developed the distillation machine, which can distill all kinds of waste oil into clean oil, easy to operation with low operation cost. The purpose of our distillation machine is refining industrial waste oil and used automotive lubricants (such as engine oil, hydraulic oil and gear oil) to clean oil, then reuse it. Distillation is the physical separation of components of lubricating oil by boiling range, depending on the type of distillation, the boiling range can produce gases, gasoline at the lower boiling points with heavy lubricating oil being distilled at higher boiling points, distillation is the corn process for a facility capable of producing refined base oil to virgin base oil quality.
The principle of the system: Keep the harmful part liquid and solid, the useful base oil become vapour state, separate from each other to get the useful parts.

The technical of the system: Vacuum pressure method, long path retention method and so on to regenerate the waste oil.
The parts of the system: 1. Waste oil pre-treatment system, 2. Vacuum distillation system, 3. Fine treatment and Blending system( should be ex-quotation)
1. Waste Oil Pretreatment System: It is made up of primary filter, heater, pretreatment oil tank, pending oil tank, oil pump, vacuum source and other parts. In this process, the oil needed to be treated will accomplish dehydration and degassing process, ready for next step of distillation.
2. Decompression and Distillation System: It is made up of heater, compressing distillation tower, recycling pump, oil recovery device, oil-purified pump, highly speed and low vacuum machine set, cooler, etc.
In this process, the useful elements and waste components of the waste oil will be separated.
3. Polishing and reconciling system: It is made up of fine filter and additive blending tank. As the customers have different and specified requirements, the usages of base oil got after treatment are different. This system will be customized according to customer's different needs.
