Product Description

Products name:  Machine printing paste white/ clear rubber paste
 
This is a high grade eco-friendly paste which made from acrylic-co-polymer resin, suitable for printing on cotton T/C fabric, knitted fabric and tatting fabric printing.        
        
Main components: Acrylic Resin/ TiO2/ other auxiliaries                

PH value: 6.***7.5        
           
Property: High elasticity and coverage, Great whiteness soft hands feel, non-stick, suitable for high quality products printing. 
Both for rubbing test: 4 grade.          
        
Process: Printing***-naturally dry***-cure at **0℃for 2 minutes*-completely dry can pass the *0℃2 hours washing test .


Attention:
1)Pigment :less than *0%, normal pigment will cause color migration.
Fluorescence pigment will cause poor elasticity. We suggest the high-temp resistance and migration resistance pigment, trial production is a must
2)stir evenly after the eco-friendly mixing fixer 
3)The paste must be used up within 6 hours after fixer mixed 
4)Be sure it dry completely before the washing test or it will affect the test result

Storage conditions:
6 months in ***8℃ conditions, avoid glare, anti-acid and alkali contact
