To use:

1. Flex metal disc back and forth gently until crystals forms and harden. 
Make sure to squeeze the pack well to get it soft and flexible.

2. The Hot Pack provides instant portable and re-usable heat.

3. Wrap a thin towel around the Hot pack; this make the packs heat last 
longer than normal.

4. At the click of , this amazing device reaches the maximum heat, temperature be up to *0ºC ~ *5º C.

5. Hot pack then gradually cools down. It stays hot for about *0 minutes ~ 1
 hour. 
 

How to re-use:

1. Take away any insulated pouch or cover. 

2. Put the hardened heat pack into boiling water. Continue boiling for approximately 
***0 minutes or until the crystals get completely liquefied.

3. Do not flex metal disc (re-use) until the pack get completely cooled down.

4. When the pack cools down, it is ready to be used again.

5. This hot pack can re-usedwithin hundred time under proper operation.
