The magnesium fireproof board is composed of base material of magnesium mineral and mixture of jointing compound. Magnesium is the lightest of all mineral, being almost 2/3 the weight of aluminium. It is non-toxic and non-magnetic, has high impact strength and is resistant to denting. The Commerz board is highly durable and withstand door slam, lateral and hanging load. Our products completely solved the problem of other plate easily deformed. The high water resistance property of the magnesium material does not permit the absorption of water unlike gypsum-based material making it extremely suitable even for wet areas. General Descriptio The product Commerz non-combustible magnesium fireproof board is made of mixture of magnesia, magnesium chloride and fiberglass. The edge is designed with full recessed profile to enable smooth finish. Application Catcher is particularly suitable for use as non-loading internal wall construction in both wet/dry areas in industrial, commercial, institutional and residential buildings. Surface finish The surface of Catcher is completely smooth. It can be finished with exposed groove joint or the joints can also be smoothly flushed by using joint compound and jointing tape. It can receive a wide range of finishing materials including painting, wall paper, tiles, spray coating and other applied finish.
