Magnetic Cylinders from Rotary Technology utilize high quality tool steel imported from Europe, high strength permanent magnets and glue with excellent quality and stability, to ensure Magnetic Cylinders accuracy and long-term durability.
 
Applications
 

• Available for all commonly used rotary printing press, including letterpress, flexo, rotary offset, and combination printing press. Cylinders can also be made to suit various types of rotary converting machines including form press, envelopes and special rotary diecut machines.

• Use the most popular Bolted Bearer design with Bearers vacuum heat-trated to *0 - *2 Rockwell hardness, to ensure the cylinders excellent ware-resistance and durability;
• High strength permanent magnets are selected and used to ensure superior magnetic strength. Special super strong magnets are also available for small sized cylinders and some other special applications;
• Each Magnetic Cylinder is supplied with Gear, precisely to be turn and cut to OEM specifications. All Gears are trated with anti-rust blackening process.
• High strength glue is selected to eliminate any possibility of raised glue and raised magnets issues, which are commonly seen on some inferior Magnetic Cylinders used in hot and humid weather conditions;
• Concentricity / Roundness is guaranteed to be controlled within 3 micron range across all cylinders, including Shaft, Bearer and Body, to ensure long term rotational accuracy;
• Industry standard gap between Bearer and Body, to be controlled within 1 micron, to ensure Magnetic Cylinders from Rotary Technology can be compatible with Flexible Dies made by worlds other prominent tool makers;
