Construction

Control desks are manufactured from 1.5/2 mm CRCA sheet steel for Type 1&2 and frame structure for type 3.

1. A) Main Body: Main Body is made of 1.5 / 2 mm CRCA sheet. Color: Siemens Gary RAL***2 Powder Coated ( Type 1 &2)

 B) M**3 Structure Frame: Welded with 3D corner pieces. Color: Satin black (Type 3)

2. Plinth: *5/**0/**0 mm Color: Satin black (if required or wall mounting Bracket)

3. Doors: 1.5mm 0r 2mm as needed. Color: Siemens Gary RAL***2 Powder Coated

4. Mounting Plate: 2 or 3 mm thick, Color: Orange Powder Coated or Zinc Plated or hot dip Galvanized

5. Locks: Four Point lock with handle & key or cam lock

6. Cutouts: As per requirements.

7. Gasket: Liquid polyurethane foam continuous type suitable for indoor and outdoor applications.

Finish

After Nano-Ceramic Pre-treatment done in RO water enclosures are powder coated in Structured RAL***2 Grey. Other colors are available on request.
