We import the Canada Poss technology in our meat bone separator. It has lower rotation speed, smaller temperature rise, easier maintenance. 
We adopt SUS**4 stainless steel for the whole machine body. It provides a closed woking condision. There are also many electric parts suit EU standared, like our motor and reducer are from German Sew and Siemens, to guarantee machine's long time using and safety. It's has English operation panel for operator's convenient operating.
According to customers needs and burgets, we have two kinds of machine to chose. Single rod poultey or double rod poultey. It has low rotation speed, small temperature rise, easy maintenance and can continously work for *4 hours. 
The single-rod poultry machines production capacity is two hundred to eight hundred kilogram each hours. The driving struction is directed connection between Motor and reducer. It bring a smaller dimension and lighter weight. The user need only use the on the panel can finish the whole process.
The double-rod poulry machines production capacity is one ton to five ton kilogaram. Belt transmission ensures high efficiency. Futher, to ensure good stabstily, we install the reinforcement on the handpiece. The user can use the or the frequency converter to finish the whole process with an adjustable speed. 
Now let me introduce the working process to you. After starting the machine, the raw material, Eg. chicken meat, is transported to separeting pump for pre-cutting and enters into separating unit. Under the enforced pressure of separating screw rod, the chicken meat paste comes out throught clearance, and bone residues are transported to bone exit, pushed by the screw rod. Through mechanically deboning,client can get meat paste of good fineness, with original meat fiber, few meat in bone residues and through meat deboring.
For meat output way, it adopts stacked screen pieces and the seprarting unit is stacked by separated screen pieces. Our pieces is made in German, and it can be used efficiently for a long time.The clearance among screen pieces guarantees output speed and original features of meat fiber. By this way, the output rate can reach *8% to *8% and the ending production still keep the original tastes. There is a fastener to fix the separating unit for avoiding vibration and keep stable. Meanwhile the outside unloading device is used for convenient unloading for maintenance and cleaning.
