Meiling grid plate

Product Description

Meiling grid plate is formed by the bearing flat bar and the cross bar crisscrossing with a certain space. The vertical direction is the bearing flat bar, that is the length direction of the grid plate;the horizontal direction is the cross bar, that is the width direction of the grid plate. The product falls into the types as follows: Pressed grid plate (grating): the cross bar of this type of product is the flat steel with the smaller cross section. The cross section is generally no more than 1/2 of the bearing flat steel. It is pressed in from the just top of the bearing flat steel. It is light in dead weight, beautiful in appearance and smooth in surface. It can serve as the ditch cover plate, ventilated grating cover plate, rainwater grate, all kinds of walkway slab, suspended ceilings, lamp grating, isolated boards at the entrances and exits. The bearing flat steel is 1.8 to 3.0 mm in thickness (as is shown in the figure on the right) . Butted grid plate (grating): the cross bar of this type of grating is flat steel. The cross section is the same as that of the bearing flat steel. The plate is made by longitudinal and latitudinal arrangement and staggered intersection. It is beautiful in appearance and smooth on the surface. It bears bi-directional load and has strong bearing capacity, but is very heavy in dead weight. It can applied to the heavy-load ditch cover plate, rainwater grate, all kinds of walkway slab, suspended ceilings, lamp grating, isolated boards at the entrances and exits, vessel deck, sea drilling platform and industrial equipment flatform. The flat steel is 3.0～8.0mm in thickness and *0～**0mm in width (as is shown in the figure on the left). Through grid plate (grating): the cross bar of this type of product is the flat steel with the smaller cross section. The cross section is generally no more than 1/2 of the bearing flat steel. It is pressed in from the just top of the bearing flat steel. It is beautiful in appearance and smooth on the surface. It bears bi-directional load and has strong bearing capacity, but it is very heavy in dead weight. It can serve as the ditch cover plate, ventilated grating cover plate, rainwater grate, all kinds of walkway slab, suspended ceilings, air separation filtration screen, vessel deck, sea drilling platform, and industrial equipment platform. The bearing flat steel is 2.0～5.0mm in thickness and *0～**0mm in width. (as is shown in the figure on the right) Penetrating interlock grid plate (grating): the cross bar of this type of product is the flat steel with the smaller cross section. The cross section is generally no more than 1/2 of the bearing flat steel. It penetrates into the just top of the bearing flat steel and becomes interlocked after the twisting. It is light in dead weight, beautiful in appearance and smooth on the surface. It bears bi-directional load. It can serve as the ditch cover plate, ventilated grating cover plate, rainwater grate, all kinds of walkway slabs, suspended ceilings, the isolated plates at the entrances and exits, vessel deck, sea drilling platform, and industrial equipment platform.
