This product takes fluorine resin as main film coating, also known as fluorocarbon paint, fluorine coatings and fluorine resin coating that may serve as a kind of finishing coat used for insulation decoration integrated panel. Due to fluorine element with considerable minus electrons, fluorine resin coating possesses specially-excellent property, such as weather resistance, heat resistance, low-temperature resistance, anti chemical, unique non-sticky property and low friction.

 

Finishing coat: Inorganic fiber board (thickness: 8mm, *0mm and*2mm to be selected and to manufacture according to requirement details)

Insulation course: Extruded board (mineral wool board/polystyrene board/polyurethane and core material to be made as per design requirement)

Selective thickness of insulation: designed thickness
