Steel tooth bits series: 

Soft formation tooth bits: 
The soft formations tooth bits are used to drill low compressive strength, soft formations. Long projection tooth lengths are used on high offset cones to provide the greatest penetrations rates possible. Wear resistance hard facing is used to control tooth wear. On the softest bit types this hard facing completely covers the bit teeth. 

Medium hard formations tooth bits: 
The medium hard formation tooth bits are used to drill high compressive strength, medium hard formations. Shoot projection teeth with reduced crest length are used in this series of bit designs. Durable hard facing is applied to reduce tooth wear.

Cutting structure

1.Adopt high strength and high toughness carbide teeth, enhanced the shock resistance , decreased the breakage rate .

2.The durability of premium tungsten carbide insert is improved with new formulas and new techniques for insert bit.

Guage structure

Multiple guage protethion with trimmers on the heel of cine,tungsten carbide inserts and hard facing on the shirttal increases guage holding capability and bearing life. 

Bearing Structure 

High precision roller bearing with two thrust faces. Ball lock the cone.Thrust faces hardface with wear resistant alloy. Abrasion resistance and seizure resistance of the bearing are improved.

Seal and lubracation

Premium O-ring,optimal.Seal compression and curred seal structure can enhance the seal performance.The compensator system and advanced grease can greatly increase the lubricaing reliability.
