AH slurry pump

Main features :

a) Adopts horizontal, vertical axis medium open type double pump shell structure, lining for cemented carbide or rubber has good wear-resisting, corrosion resistance and high reliability
b) High efficiency hard alloy , and low NPSH
c) To meet the different operation conditions , adopted the brief type structure bearing parts , selected high bearing capacity design , alloy bearing grease lubrication oil .
d) Through adjusting the clearance between protection board and impeller , ensuring the pump efficient operation
e) Using packing seal, impeller sealing , container type mechanical seal to adapt to different operating mode requirement
f) Pump and drive can choose straight league transmission, triangle, hydraulic transmission device coupled transmission, reducer drive
g) The outflow direction can be installed by eight Angle rotation to adapt to different site installation conditions
h) Available to use multipole series ,to satisfy the long-distance transmission requirements

Type AH, HH slurry pump are cantilevered, horizontal, centrifugal pumps, outlet from *5mm to **0mm. They are also named as heavy slurry pump because of bear-abrasive parts and heavy base.

Application:

AH,HH pumps are used to pump high-hardness, strong-corrosion and high-concentration liquids that contain suspended solid particles, such as finished ores, refuse ores, ashes, cinders, cements, mud, mineral stones and etc. in the industries of metallurgy, mining, coal, power, building material and etc. The temperature of the pumped solid-liquid mixture should be ≤*0℃, and the weight concentration should be ≤*0.
