MSI**0 is a precision, microelectric mechanical
system (MEMS), inertial measurement unit (IMU) consisting of a low
power triaxialgyroscope and a triaxial accelerometer in a miniature
package. Each inertial sensor in MSI**0 is factory-calibrated for
bias, sensitivity and compensated for temperature effects to
provide high-accuracy measurements in the temperature range
**0℃ to
*5℃.
The unit runs off a single *5V supply.
When MSI**0 is powered up, it will automatically
proceed to provide measurement data. Connect power and MSI**0 will
provide accurate measurements over the RS**2
interface.
MSI**0 is in an aluminum module package that is
approximately *2.4mm × *2.4mm × 9mm with a *-wire connector
interface.
