Structure characteristic

1. This series is equivalent to MD series of America.

2. This series’ core has specifications of 9, *1, *5, *7, *1, *5, *1, *7, *9, *1, *6, *4, **0.

3. The cross section area of fitting wire’s core is 0.1~0.*5mm2.

4. This series adopts soft pin. The contacts are high in density.

5. This series meets the requirements of GJB***6 ”general norms of shell locating microminiature rectangular electric connector” (equivalent to MIL-C*****3).

J*0J ordinary type series

J*0J ordinary type series is includes subseries of compressing connection, welding connection, straight insertion PCB N, straight PCB N-J, bent insertion PCB W and bent PCB W-J.

J*0J compressing connection series:

The connection type of contact elements and wires is compressing connection type.

J*0J welding connection S series:

The connection type of contact elements and wires is welding connection type.

J*0J straight insertion PCB N series:

The connection type of contact element’s tail and PCB is straight insertion type. The grid’s size is 2.*4×2.*4.

J*0J straight insertion PCB N-J series:

The connection type of contact element’s tail and PCB is straight insertion type. The grid’s size(line×row) is 1.*7×2.*4.

J*0J bent insertion PCB W series:

The connection type of contact element’s tail and PCB is bent insertion type. The grid’s size is 2.*4×2.*4.

J*0J bent insertion PCB W-J series:

The connection type of contact element’s tail and PCB is bent insertion type. The grid’s size(line×row) is 1.*7×2.*4.

J*0J locking component

The locking components of this series are divided into free terminal locking component and fixed terminal locking component according to application.

J*0J free terminal locking component:

Used for free terminal products, it has types of L, K, K1 and so on.

J*0J fixed terminal locking component:

Used for fixed terminal products, it has types of P, P0, P1, P2, P3, P4, P5, P7, P8, P9, P*0, P*1, P*4, P*3, P*4, H, V, V1 and so on.

J*0J line clamp component

The line clamp components of this series are divided into type A1 and type A3.

Line clamp components of type A1:

Line clamp components of type A1 can only be used with components of J*0J ordinary type compressing series plug (socket).

Line clamp components of type A3:

Line clamp components of type A3 can both be used with components of J*0J ordinary type compressing series plug (socket) and components of J*0J ordinary type welding S series plug (socket).
