SPX Model biochemical Incubator is a high precision incubator with heating andcooling controlled. It is applicable for the plant cultivating, testing of seed breeding,cultivating and storing the bacteria, mould and microorganism, analyzing water and BODmensuration. It is applicable in biologic descendiblity project, medical college, sanitationepidemic prevention, medicine testing, farming and fisheries institutes for research.
Ⅱ Structure Feature
The body is made of high quality steel plate, the outer paint coating is firm andartistic. The double insulating glass observation window is equipped on the door. You canobserve clearly. Interior chamber with four arcual corners is made of mirror stainlesssteel sheet, so that the temperature uniformity in chamber is good, and the equipmentwears well, and it is easy to clean.Temperature control part adopts singlechip technology advanced type intelligentdigital display temperature controller. User can set and adjust temperature and time byoperating touch s on control panel according to the different requirements to reachthe aim of experiment.
Ⅲ Principle of Operation
Biochemical incubator transforms the actual temperature felt by temperature sensorin chamber to electrical signal, and control the work of heater and compressor bymicrocomputer to reach the required temperature.

Install the equipment indoor where is ventilated and dry and has no direct sunlight.The equipment should be placed at a distance from the wall above *0cm.
2. Adjust the incubator with adjusting screws on the bottom to make it stable.3. The equipment uses AC**0V/*0Hz power supply. Power supply circuit must havereliable earth wire to ensure the safe use.
Ⅵ Method of Use
~1. Connect the power supply and turn on the power switch, and setting of temperatureand time can be operated at this time.2. Temp./Time is used for switch temperature and time1) Temperature set: press Temp./Time , temperature set indicate light will beon, press Set and enter SV state, a digit in set display screen will flash, pressMove (＜) to move the flashing digit to you need, then press ∨ or ∧ to changetemperature set value to you need (min. is 0.1℃), press Set to save the set value.The left screen displays measured temperature, the right screen displays set temperature.2) Time set: press Temp./Time , time set indicate light will be on, press Set and enter TV state, a digit in set display screen will flash, press Move (＜)to move the flashing digit to you need, then press ∨ or ∧ to change time set value toyou need (min. is 1h), press Set to save the set value. The left screen displaysmeasured time, the right screen displays set time.Timing function: timing function starts after the equipment works. Output will beclosed after timing ends. Heater and compressor stop work, and temperature in chamberwill reach ambient temperature gradually.3. State indicate: the equipment will run accord with set parameters after set is finished.When measured temperature is lower than set temperature, the equipment enter theheating state, and heating indicate light will be on. When measured temperature is higherthan set temperature, the equipment enter the refrigeration state, and refrigerationindicate light will be on. When measured temperatuer is higher than set temperature over 4℃, alarm indicate light will be on with buzzer beeps.4. Parameters amending: if temperature and time parameters need amended whenequipment running, follow step 1 and step 2.5. Rapid set: when set parameters, press ∧ to increase set value, keep the pressed for 3 sec to increase the set value continuously. Press ∨ to decrease setvalue, keep the pressed for 3 sec to decrease the set value continuously.Ⅶ Notice and Maintenance1. When convey incubator, keep upright or horizontal less than *5 degrees.2. Don’t change the setting value continually in use to avoid over loading occurred bycontinual startup of compressor and affect the use life of the equipment.3. When illumination is unnecessary, you should place the illumination switch to “close”to avoid effect the upper temperature, and extend the use life of luminous tube.4. The equipment is installed two groups of fuse. If malfunction occurs when running,please cut off the power first and check the fuse, then check other parts.5. Don’t wipe the outer with corrosive solution to keep the equipment clean. Wipe theinner with dry cloth or alcohol to keep the inner clean.6. Keep the inner chamber dry and cut off the power when the equipment is not in use.7. Check frequently whether the screw type ventilator inner is in normal operation toensure the temperature uniformity inner. Don’t place items too closely in chamber andblock the uptake of fan when testing to make for air circulation in chamber.8. Don’t touch and collide the temperature sensing probe to cause the temperature out ofcontrol.9. When malfunction occurs, user should not overhaul arbitrarily, but invite aprofessional to maintain or contact our department of sale.*0. Our products practise “Three guarantees”.
