Product Description

Micronized graphiteis made of high quality natural flaky graphite using special pulverizing machines, such as high speed disintegrator, Raymond mill, gas flow disintegrator, etc. The advanced production process is used to produce all types of products.

Advantages:
The product has the performance of high quality natural flaky graphite and uniform and easily mixed particle. It has unusual oxidation resistance, self-lubrication and plasticity and strong dispersibility at high temperature, as well as excellent electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity and adhesiveness.

Usage:
1. As mould release lubricant in the production of catalyst of in chemical fertilizer industry.
2. As basic material of high -temperature or corrosive resistant lubricants.
3. As mould release agent in powder metallurgy or raw material in metal alloy.
4. To manufacture carbon resistance film,dried conductive film and electric conductive suspensions.
5. As bulking agent or catalysts of rubber, plastic and varieties of other composite materials which can
improve conductivity,wear resistance and pressure resistance.
6. As raw material of making pencil lead,print ink,graphite emulsion,lubrication agent,etc.
