1) Self-heating, With a metal disc inside which simply click it,it gets warm and lasts temperature for over 1 hour .It's reusable and non-toxic

2) Microwavable heating pad. It and last temperature for over 5 hours just microwave the pad for 2 minutes each side.

• Instructions:
  • Recharge: wrap hot pack in tea towel and place in pot of boiling water, boil for 5 to *0 minutes until all of crystals dissolve, remove from boiling water with rounded metal or silicone tongs and do not pick up with sharp object
  • Activate: gently flex metal disc to start crystallization, when crystallization complete, squeeze hot pack to make soft and ready to use
• Storing: to avoid damage to plastic pouch store in plastic container
