Ⅰ. Light source type:

Consisted of floodlights and project light, the light source adopts NG**0 high pressure sodium lamp, with lighting radius of *0 meters. The rod body is generally cylindrical and independent structure, made of rolled steel plate, *5 m high.

II. Configuration:

1. The light pole is shaped as octagonal or **-pyramid rod; produced with high-strength high-quality steel plate by cutting, bending and automatic welding; the general height includes *0, *5, *0, *5, *0, *5 and other specifications, its designed maximum wind loading rating is up to *0 m/s; each specification includes 3 to 4 segments of plate grafting. Equipped with flange steel chassis, with diameter of 1m*1.2m, thickness of *0mm**0mm.

2. Its functional structure is mainly framework structure, mainly steel-based and steel tube decorative materials; the light pole and lamp panel undergoes hot-dip zinc treatment.

3. Electric lift system consists of electric motor, hoist, three groups of hot-dip galvanized steel wire and cable and other components. The light pole is installed inside, with lifting speed of 3m*5m per minute.

4. The guiding and unloading system is composed of guide wheel and guide arm to ensure that the lamp panel does not move sideways during the lifting and lowering process, so that the lamp tray can be automatically detached and locked by the hook when the lamp panel is in place.

5. The lighting electrical system is equipped with ***4 **0w****0w metal halide (white light), project lamp and floodlight lamp; the computer time controller can automatically control the switch light time and partial or full lighting,

6. Lightning protection system: 1.5m long lightning rod is installed at the roof and the underground is equipped with one 1m long ground wire and welded with underground bolts.

III. Applied location:

Applied location of high pole light: city square, station, dock, freight yard, highway, stadium and overpass.

IV. Classification

The product is generally divided into lift type and non-lift type. The height of lift type master lever is generally over *8m. The electric lift is easy to operate. After the lamp panel is lifted to its work position, it can automatically disconnect and hook; wire rope unloading;

High bay lighting, anti-explosion high bay lighting and stainless steel high bay lighting. It is generally believed that light pole with height of over *5m is called high bay lighting, ****0m high. The most common 5 specifications include *5m, *8m, *0m, *5m and *0m. For other specifications, the specific heights are made according to customers demand, thats, the high-pole lights sorted by their heights.
