Eversun has been concentrated in the research of combining soft magnetic alloys with MIM technique. Now its soft magnetic metal parts have been used on the fuel injector of small gasoline engines. Two important soft magnetic alloys that can be molded are 2.5% or 3%Si-Fe and *9%Ni-Fe. The latter is also called permalloy. Silicon-iron features high saturation flux density and nickel-iron features high permeability. Eversun is able to do the annealing process to get maximum softness and optimum magnetic and electrical properties of these alloys.
