miSystem

miSystem is an Interactive Voice Response (IVR)System

that consists of the core server (miServer)that answers

the call, a Graphic User Interface(GUI) for development

called miFlow and a web interface for making several

administration tasks called miAdmin.

miSystem supports all kind of interfaces Session

Initiation Protocol (SIP) for Voice over IP(VoIP),

Analog Lines(Foreign eXchange Office (FXO)) and Digital

Lines(E1/T1)

miFlow

miFlow enables you to define the functionality and

workflow of your customer service operations. Our Flow-

Designer provides you with an easy, drag-and-drop

graphical interface to design and compile the flow-

scripts used by the IVR system-miSystem. It permits the

scripts to be customized and changed at any time in

order to meet your current and future requirements. This

ensures that your IVR is dynamic and open to change at

all times in your ever changing business environment

whenever you try to implement certain IVR behavior.

miFlow is a free tool and will always remain FREE! No

needed license to run.
miAdmin

miAdmin is a web interface that runs on a port you

choose used to monitor the channels status, check the

license and the hardware installed, upload call flows and

prompts and Deploy the call flow.
