Product Description

The applications which can be deployed with UMCTTM series SSW**0A, include call center, IVR, unified messaging, fax, conferencing, SMS, CRBT, video in enterprise and service provider networks. Each system based on single 2U SSW**0A can scale between **0 and **0 TDM voice channels (between **0 and **0 IP voice channels or between 2 and *8 FXO/FXS/Logging channels).

Adjustable capacity for customized needs
2U UMCTTM platform enables 8~*4E1/T1/J1 ports, 2~*8 FXO/FXS channels, and **0~**0 IP channels; Via Synway's channel bank (a special device), all digital T1/E1/J1 lines could be converted to analog channels.

Compliant with your applications and Asterisk
The UMCTTM series are compliant with any applications based on all of Synway® SynCTI driver development kit, and all applications running on Synway's voice boards could be effortlessly migrated to UMCTTM platform; and it also even support any category of Asterisk-based open source software.

Modular Architecture & Available Modules:
UMCT series SSW**0 consists of server and functional modules, and service providers and enterprise solution providers could select any available servers and a variety of functional modules to configure any custom solutions regarding to capacity, processing capability, network interfaces or applications.

1) Available Motherboard Module 2U server

• The 2U server can mount Synway's optional modules, and has space enough for 2 2.5inches SATA hard disk;
• Complementary RCU*1 half-length rear panel, 1*standard VGA port, 2*USB ports, 1*Ethernet, 2*3.5mm audio jacks (SPK, MIC);

2) Available FXO/FXS/Logging module (Analog)

• All above modules are compatible with all of applications based on Synway SHT series analog boards(no migration effort needed);
• The modules are customized to fit into UMCT series platform (both SSW**0A and SSW**0A), and support hot swappable;
• The modules could be configured to support FXO lines, FXS lines, or (Microphone) Logging regarding to requirement;
