Description
1.Material
E1 grade MFC, 18mm for carcass, 9mm board with aluminum rail and stile for sliding door, or E1 MDF in case of molded door designs.
2.Design & color
Swing opening, sliding opening, free standing, built- in wall, walk-in wardrobes are available, supplying different solutions on internal storage.
Various of wood grain colors, leather color available.
Customized drawing for design and color acceptable.
3.Production Process and
advanced equipment
1) Technical drawing analysis 2) Cutting raw panel by saw 3) CNC modeling process
4) Sealing edges by edge banding machine, or membrane vacuum lamination on MDF panel
5) Making connecting or joint holes on hole drilling machine.
4.Package
Knock down package for carcass, protective film divides each panel in similar sizes, then put neatly in strong carton. The quantity of carton depends on the size of the wardrobe.
