According to spring compression coefficient ,the product life cycle of JIS is 1 million times.The international standard ****3 is 3 million times of life cycles.

SURFACE TREATMENT

The surface of spring is used electtrophoresis which meets the European SOS standard. That surface is smooth and more adhensive.

USING FREQUENCY

The frequency of spring travel meets hundred times per minute than can reach all the high quality request of mould & die design.

PROCESS STANDARD

All the springs are made according to ISO ***1:***0 and Japanese Industrial Standard /JIS. All springs meet ISO ****3.
