MoSi2 Heating Element General Description:

MoSi2 Heating Element can be used in air and various gases environments. Working temperature of MoSi2 heating element is ***0C to ***0C. It has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, heating fast, long service life, high

temperature low distortion, easy installation and maintenance, excellent chemical stability.

Oxygen-resistance under high temperature: in oxidizing atmosphere, a layer of compact quartz protective film is formed on the surface of element owing to the high temperature combustion, which prevent Mosi2 from oxidizing more. When the element temperature is higher than ***0 °C, the film becomes melting. Its not suitable for long time use in the temperature range of ******0°C, otherwise, the element will be powdering for the strong oxidation under low temperature.
