Through lots of experiments and tests, Hualong experienced engineers have developed our own single-layer, double-layer monofilament filter press cloth which are comparable with foreign-made products. The fine filter layer added on the filter cake side already during the weaving process determines the filter performance and efficiency. Additional surface treatment (calendaring) has a positive influence on the filter cake discharge and cleanability.
