Double Metallic Liners:
Hy-chrome mud pump liners are made with a high chrome iron sleeve in a forged steel hull. The bore hardness is *0 to *7 Rockwell C scales while the hull has high tensile strength of more than ****0psi. Combining the characteristics of chrome with state of the art manufacturing. the liners can withstand mud pressure of up to ***0psi. The hardened steel liner service life surpasses **0 hour under the normal condition.

Chrome-plated Liners:
chrome –plated liners are made from premium forged steel with the core plated by chrome. The chrome-plated liners have hardening characteristics of *8 to *2 Rockwell C hardness.

High Frequency Quenching Liners:
Hardened steel liners are made with premium seamless steel tube of Premium forged steel , in which the bore is carburized and quenched ,creating a hardened layer with hardness of *8 to *2 Rockwell C scales.

Piston Hubs:
Piston hubs are manufactured from AISI ***0 heat-treated forged alloy steel machined on modern CNC lathes to exact dimensions. They meet all API tolerances and different temperature applications. They are available in size 3’’to 8” in series A.K.B and L with types of duplex and triplex.

Piston Assy:
Pistons are made with tough and durable rubber for all pressure , available in single-acting and double-acting in variety sizes for most pumps.
Especially in 
Long-life bonded piston with rubber and fabric 
Long-life bonded piston with NBR.
All the above pistons and piston rubbers, which are ideally suitable for either oil-base of water-base muds, can be ensured universal interchanged ability, max service life and min liner wear .when you have running at min cost. We also supply relevant piston rubbers made of rubber with fabric, NBR, and Urethane.

Valves & Seats:
High performance valves and seats are available with the following features:
Forged alloy steel AISI***9 construction

Deep carburized wear surfaces

Taper post –heat treat machined to remove warpage
