Brief introduction :

The inclined vibrating screen makes the circular movement, and it is the new kind of high efficiency multi-layers vibrating screen. YK series is our company’s new generation screen device compared with YK series eccentric shaft circle vibrating screen. Depending on Germany technology, we optimize this new device, especially for screening the coal, limestone, broken stone, grit, metal or non-metal ore and the other materials. And it is widely used in Building Materials, transportation, energy, coal preparation, cement, mine, electricity and chemical industries.  

Working principles:

YK series vibrating screen mainly consists of the eccentric block vibrator, screen box, motor, and supportive device.

Through the flexible coupling, the motor drives the eccentric block of the vibrator at high rotary speed, generating the centrifugal force, and then causing the screen box did circular movement by the amplitude. After that, the materials in the slope screen surface will be cast continuously by the force generated from the screen box, then realizes the purpose of classifying.
