Mullite *0 (M*0)

The M*0 takes the low aluminum material , after the multilevel homogenizing , it is sintered in
high temperature. It’s main composed of mullite phase and high-silica glass phase , which
is featured with good thermal shock resistance and good chemical corrosion resistance.
 It is the ideal material for manufacturing fire-proof coating, low melting glazes, honeycomb
ceramics, high-grade sanitary ware mould, precision casting mould and acid-resistant or
alkali-resistant refractories.

Mullite *5 (M*5)
The properties of M*5 are similar to those of Molochite made by England. It can be used in the 
production of high grade kiln furnitures , tool bricks and precision casting industry.

Automated control of high-temperature tunnel kiln for calcination, the product without seriously 
affecting the performance of the crystalline phase of SiO2 (cristobalite), products of good quality
and uniform stability.

Mullite *0 (M*0)

Using the fine quality natural bauxite as the raw material , M*0 is homogenized with 
complicated processes after good selection, and is sintered in high temperature. 
It’s widely used in producing various shaped and unshaped refractories.

Sintered pure natural Mullite (M**1) (white)

Taking the kaoline, aluminum oxide and natural bauxite as the raw material, M**1 is
homogenized after good selection, and is sintered in high temperature. The white
color M**1 has high bulk density and can replace andalusite. It is the satisfactory
material for producing various high-grade products.

Mullite *0 (M*0)
Using fine quality natural bauxite as the raw material , M*0 is complicated homogenized after
fine selection, and is sintered in high temperature. M*0 is characterized with high content of
mullite, high bulk density ,high thermal shock resistance , low creep value in high-temperature
and good chemical corrosion resistance. It’s the optimal material for producing various shaped
and unshaped refractories and precision casting products.
