The instrument is specially designed for multi-angle orientation and splice of sapphire ingots A,C,R,M surface, and also suit silicon single crystal and gallium arsenide multi-angle orientation and splice, the system solve the big size crystal multi-angle orientation in one system problem. Its comprehensive accuracy is ±*0, it ensure the crystal orientation and splice, at present it is the most advanced new mechanical and optical integration equipment in China.

The instrument up and down lifting system,backward- forward feeding system, and diffraction system are all driven by stepper motor, easy operating, and advanced PLC program is stable and reliable. The system is with low failure rate, it ensure the system could work a long time without failure. Multi-point sensor limiter increased the systems stability. The special 2D clips adjustable range of the system is ±4°, it can effectively support the orientation and splice of the crystal ingot which less than **0kg, the operator can easily set the orientation angle, special symmetrical locking device can eliminate the clips loose problem cased by cutting and drawing out crystal bar. **0°rotating recheck finished by one key, it effectively reduced the operators work quota, reduce single crystal ingot orientation time and increase the work performance.

GermanHeidenhain digital display meter has intuitive display  the traveling distance of the stepping motor and diffraction angle of a sample. Under the rotary platform installed a German HEIDENHAIN encoder, the rotation data can be collected and displayed in the meter directly, reducing errors and improving precision of thesystem. The instrument uses a high advanced sensor which can automatically find a reference point, greatly improving the detection efficiency.
