and Characteristics
Model JDLF(****5)×*****0 Multilayer Coating and
Laminating Machine is the one of the most advanced product in our
country. It consists of electricity system, air-operated system,
electronic system and mechanical systems. The main parts includes
four sets of extruder, three sets of dies (one of them is
double-layer synchro extruding die), three sets of forming system,
two sets of automatic unwinding system and winding system.
Unwinding and winding system adopt vector inverter control ,
automatic receipt and change roll without reducing the working
speed; The quantity of every extruder and the speed of
traction(forming) controlled by imported PLC system, Man-machine
conversation operation, the whole machine is linkage, numerically
display the unwinding, winding, extruding, raction(forming), speed
and counter.
Many clients have used this kind of equipment, they all appraise it
as follows: high automatization, low consumption, high rate for
finished products, steady quality, multifunctional ,easy to operate

The most suitable products:Kraft-coated white card paper
(printing), brick shaped, pillow shaped, roof shaped paper-based
laminated material used for packaging milk, fruit juice, tea drinks
with a shelf life of 2~*2 months made of four-layer coating basis
material of aluminum foil(of seven-layer paper-based laminated
material) .
Ⅱ.Main technical parameter
1.Screw pole: φ*0mm,L/D:*2:1,material: *8CrMoAl, nitrogen , two
sets; φ*5mm,*2:1, material: *8CrMoAl, nitrogen , double sets(
one is against acid, inside surface is coated with hard chromium);
2. ”T” shape stretchy mould: new type featheredge mould from
Jingcheng Mold,material: 5CrNiMoV,processed
with Chrome Plated).two sets of single deck mould ,one set of
double deck common extruder mould (against acid, inside surface is
coated with hard chromium);
3. The gear box of extender adopts high strength hard tooth
surface, with high obturation, good reliability , high capacity,
little noise, long using life ,steady transmission and other
futures;
4.Unwinding material requirements: *0~**0gsm roll base paper, roll
aluminum foil;
5. Coating material: PE,PP and so on (coating grade);
6.Coating width: **0~***0mm;
7. Coating thickness : 0.**2~0.*3 (Single layer);
8. Evenness of coating: error ±6%(international stand);

*3. The first unwinding rectifying system adopts trolley type
automatic pneumatic rectifying equipment, rectifying journey:

rectifying system adopts inch move rectifying ,rectifying journey:

*4.Rewind adopts double shaft turning and winging center unwinding
method high speed to change roll without reducing speed , automatic

automatically( foreign PLC mould controlling ,wimble tension);

to change roll;
*6.Unwinding frame and rewind frame adopt double shaft double work
