Working principle




S**-serise rotary vibrating sieve machine is driven by vertical electric motor. An upper and lower adjustable eccentric weighted arm controls the motion of the unit. These weights can be adjusted to suit nearly every need required by the industrial screening market place.

Moreover, vertical motion model is perfectly functioning in limited space, special model with adjustable gate devices aims to keep clean and accurate in separation by controlling outlet ports, special spout model has an enlarged top inlet port, which reaches high efficiency of screening operation.
 

Installation and Adjustment

 

1. Motor should be fastened on the mounting surface which must be smooth and flat.

2. Adjust the vibration force.When the motor rotation direction doesn’t meet requirements, you can adjust the power phase sequence.

3. The machine is running early, which should be checked at least once a day to prevent loosening.

4.The machine running time add up ***0 hours, you should check the bearings, if there is a serious injury should be immediately replaced.

 Daily maintenance
 

 1. Before running

   (1) to check coarse mesh and fine mesh if there is a damage

   (2) each group clamps is locking.

2.Running

   (1)notice any abnormal noises

   (2)electric current caused damage due to vibration

    (3)whether the vibration is abnormal.

 3. After running

   (1)after used clean up the vibration every time

   (2)to inspect regularly the coarse mesh , fine mesh and the spring if there are fatigue and damage
