Developed by HTWB, the MWD/LWD system is a new generation of downholes self-powered directional measurement instruments with independent intellectual property. By using sensors, it collects real-time working conditions of the downhole drilling tool, well trajectory and other parameters. Through the mud, the information is transmitted from the downhole to the surface operation system, which provides real-time operating guidance for the drilling operators. The system combines industrial control technology, aerospace guidance technology, computer technology and wireless communication technology, etc. it is a top petroleum drilling instrument integrated with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and software.
The entire system composes of surface equipment and downhole measurement system.
