Production process of  Dark emperador marble mosaic tile 

Because of the marble mosaic is the natural stone material from the leftover material,waste.So stone mosaic production process is a mechanical and manual processing.They are generally will be natural stone,first open it into a certain thickness of massive stones, then according to the specifications of the products and cut into strips.At last stick them into a special stone mosaic with the same or different color.

The mosaic construction method

Basic level processing*************-Sure surface construction smooth and clean,after a baseline, paintequally will cement or the binder on construction surface.

Paste.*************-Pave mosaic with special order,and should leave appropriate gap between each   

other. After each paving,press each mosaic with a stick,make sure each piece are all compaction and fully combined with the binder.

Tearing.************5 minutes or waiting dry binder then tear it.With wet sponge daub the stickers, 

when stickers are completely wet, then we can tear it.

Seam filling****************-Make the binder or white cement full fill in the gaps.

Cleaning*********-Using a wet sponge contact with the mosaic and wipe off the redundant binder,later 

with dry cloth to wipe.Till now namely complete construction steps. 

Note: use plastic nets connection mosaic,when pave with plastic nets on cement when construction, it saves step 3.
