Features and
Application of Needle
bearing:
Needle roller bearings have a high load carrying
capacity in addition to their low corss-section and stiffness.
They are especially suitable for bearing arrangements where
radial space is limited. Because needle roller bearings only
carry pure radial load and can not limit the axial displacement
of shaft relative to the housing. It is important to ensure that
inner ring axis and outer ring axis must be aligned during
mounting the bearings.

clearance The radial clearance of needle roller bearing is
the same as the cylindrical roller bearing, the needle bearing
provided in the catalogue are normally Group 0 clearance in the
national standard GB/T***4, group C2, C3 or C4 is also available if
required. Fitting tolerance When installing the
needle bearing, usually the strict fitting is applied, so that its
thin-walled outer ring can be supported well. A larger interference
will be applied if there is a big load, especially for there is a
percussive load. In addition, the temperature difference should
notice between bearing outer ring and its connecting parts.
Product Precision Accuracy:
Dimensional tolerance and geometrical accuracy is based on GB/T***1.
Mutual difference of needle roller diameter is 2μm, and the precision grade is G2 (ISO GB**9).
The diameter of inscribed circle conforms to tolerance grade F6 before the fitting of outer ring with cage and roller assembly.
Bearing radial running clearance conforms to the value defined by 0 group of GB/T***4.
Special precision grade is based on GB/T**7.1

Materials:
Material for needle roller is GCr*5 bearing steel, quench-hardening HRC******5.
Material for inner and outer races is GCr*5 bearing steel, quench-hardening HRC******5.
Material for cages is quality low-carbon steel or reinforced nylon.
Special Directions:
Bearing running clearance and inner-cutting roundness should be regulated according to different conditions.
Machine tools should be used for press-in fitting or thermal fitting of the bearing.
Limited by plastic cages (suffixed with TN) and sealing-element material, operating temperature is ***0C*-****0C.
