Flux-cored wire TL***5 is an innovative brazing material especially design for electrical component, it can braze joints between Cu-Al,copper wire and aluminum sheet ,Al-al, ect. The brazing alloy has chemical composition up to *9% similar to imported alloys and it's completely in conformity to the RoHS standard . The flux inside is a combination from different kinds of fluoride, non corrosive and very stable in normal atmosphere, so it can be kept in stock for a long time without problem.

  Flux-cored wire TL***5 is specially suggested for the AL-AL brazing ,it can guarantee high resistance and few  residue after brazing . 

 For components with special brazing joints(big surface or different shape ),we can provide alloy in wire or sheet form ,matched with  suitable flux in paste,which will be an easy solution for operators.We are  available to supply such alloys in different shape and dimension according to request of customers.
