 Noted:This drying machine only need 3 days to finish drying wood, and solve the wood crack and deformation problems which always appeared on ordinary drying kiln.
 Technology
Stage 1:Heating stage: using high-temperature steam in the vessel make the temperature rises to ******0 ℃, at this time wood moisture content down to close to saturation. High temperature drying time required depends on the wood of the initial moisture content, species and thickness of wood.
Stage 2: Heat treatment stage:Heat treatment in a closed furnace without oxygen, according to processing requirements, high temperature drying is completed, the tank temperature heat treatment rising to ******1℃. Heat treatment time and temperature depend on wood species and thickness of wood.
Stage 3: Cooling and water mediate processing stage:After heating treatment, the wood be Cooled under a controlled condition, using circulating cooling system make the temperature of decreases gradually and then start water mediate processing.
