QUALITY:
For the entire quantity of this Contract and extensions, the Seller guarantees that the
quality of the commodity sold and delivered will conform to the guaranteed
specifications of Columbite Ore content purity of *0% Nb2o5 + 5% Ta2o5 or better
content.

Payment:
The payment for the *0 tons should be made via MT**3 or TT to the account specified
by the seller in a single payment after delivery and complete testing of the product,
based on the calculation of the final test.

For the monthly supply contract, the buyer issues an L/C referring to the delivery value
of *5 tons.
