Product Description

 Nisin is produced by fermentation using the bacterium Lactococcus lactis. Handary Nisin is obtained from the culturing of Lactoccus lactis on vegetal origin.  Nisin has also been known to inhibit Gram-negative bacteria and pathogenic bacteria in a wide of foods. 

 
NisinA®, the only Nisin A of vegetal origin produced by Handary to achieve a fast solubility compared to milk-sourced Nisin A which dissolves slowly when applied. In food application, the required Nisin A concentration can be reached more quickly with NisinA®. As NisinA® is applied when protection is required, the quicker the solubility the more effective the protection will be.
