1. Listed data in this table is applied for the conditions that the pressure of import raw gas of membrane at 1.1 MPa (gauge), the pressure of export nitrogen ≤ 1.0 MPa (gauge), the purity at 98% for the benchmark;

2.Dimensions listed in this table includes air compressors;

3.The acceptable scope of export purity of N2 is from 95% to 99.9%;

4.The maximum pressure range of exports is acceptable in 7.6-12.3 MPa.
