1.2 Main materials

1.Housing : die-cast aluminum alloy( frame size:**5 to *0); cast iron( frame size: **0 to **0);
2.Worm: *0Cr, carbonize & quencher heat treatment make the hardness of gear's surface up to ****2, HRC, retain carburation layer's thickness between 0.3 and 0.5 mm after precise grinding.
3.Worm wheel: wearable stannum bronze alloy


1.3 surface painting
Aluminum alloy housing:
1.Shot blasing and special antiseptic treat-ment on the aluminum alloy surface.
2.After phosphating, paint with RAL***0 blue or silivery white paint
 Cast iron housing: first paint with red antirust paint, then paint with RAL ***0 blue or slivery white paint.
