Product Description

The main ingredients of the product are the chloroprene rubber and non-benzene organic solvent. It's widely applicable to the bonding of wood, metal, rubber, leather, textiles and other materials. Particularly adhesively bonded plywood, fiberboard, particleboard, blockboard, decorative composite board, aluminum alloy plate, organic glass, hard plastic( Testing might be required for some plastic materials).

Construction process:
1. A thin layer of the adhesive to be applied on both surfaces by toothed scraper.
2. Leave for ****5 minutes untill surface dry for better adhesion (surface drying time may vary according to the differences of temperature and humidity).
3. Ensure the full contact of both sides by applying pressure. (The greater the pressure, the better the outcome ).
4. Applied at a temperature of *0° C and above. (please consult the technical support for work below the temperature. )The higher the relative humidity and the lower the temperature achieved, the longer the waiting period will be).
