Non-die-mark Hydraulic Casing Tubing Tong
Features

This series non-die-mark hydraulic power tong is a special equipment for elevating and break-out all kinds of tubing during well workover operation, it has the following features:

1 Equipped with non-die-mark custom-made soft die, the contact surface is more larger and clamp no deformation and reliable.

2 The backup tong automatically clamp center, no slip and biting the pipe, clamp the lower part of the collar could protect better the accuracy of torque. The effective distance could be adjusted between master tong and backup tong.

3 Suitable for tubing made by all kinds material with common thread or special thread, such as VAM TOP,BGT1,FOX,3SB.The protection effect is evidence for Cr pipe and internal coating pipe.

4 The torque automatic control system is optional, the effect would be better if installed
